Cancellation policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS (Read carefully)

1. Will not be considered valid reservations not guaranteed by credit card or accompanied by a valid deposit or deposit will not be surviving and segnalataci email or fax.
2. The deposit will be the first night and will be sent by bank transfer or postal order within 7 days after reservation.
3. In case of no-show (no show) or late cancellation (late cancellation beyond the limits of cancellation) will be charged the first night.
4. 3 days of notice are the minimum required and agreed to cancel the reservation without incurring a penalty.
5. The bill will take place upon arrival, after check-in in case of stay reduction will still be charged for the canceled nights
6. The above mentioned clauses are not considered valid in the case of “last minute” for the possibility of booking last minute, in this case becomes mandatory condition of receiving a number of credit card guarantee of the reservation, as the remains valid ‘ charge the first night in case of no-show (no show)
7. Discounts for children: 0-3 years free, 3-6 years, 50% of adult fare in room with parents over 6 years is charged as an adult.
8. If due to force majeure, the room booked was not available we reserve the right to assign other with the same characteristics.
9. These terms and any other terms as outlined in this website are accepted at the time of booking.
